100% of the material that we produce is  from standing dead spruce and lodgepole pine. We are doing everything we can to remove the dead timber and produce a merchantable product. This in turn is helping the timber industry, our economy in Colorado and providing a healthier forest for everyone. We utilize every portion of the timber that comes into our mill. Everything from Log Home material, Lumber, Post and Pole material, Firewood, Shavings, Sawdust and Landscaping mulch. The Strong Family has been in the logging and milling business for 4 generations. The dimensions are 16' x 18' with an 8' x 16' sleeping loft. The roofs are at 8 x 12 pitch with 120lb snow load. The peeled one has 9" to10" logs and the barky 8" logs.
